More Definitions of Accepted Compliance Costs

Accepted Compliance Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.3. “Affiliate” means, with respect to a Party, any entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with that Party.
