Accepted Project is defined in Section 2.1(d).

Examples of Accepted Project in a sentence

  • By no later than (i) fifteen (15) Business Days after receipt of such notice, or (ii) the date set forth for Agency’s review in the current Accepted Project Implementation Plan and Schedule, Agency will determine whether the Deliverable meets Acceptance Criteria set forth in the Contract.

  • Contractor shall perform the Services as set forth in the Statement of Work, in accordance with the current, Accepted Project Implementation Plan and Schedule and the standards and methodologies set forth in the Statement of Work and elsewhere in this Contract.

Related to Accepted Project

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Qualified project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the aggregate actual or budgeted capital cost of which (in each case, including capital costs expended by the Borrower or any such Restricted Subsidiaries prior to the construction or expansion of such project) exceeds $50,000,000.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois.   • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Capital Improvement or "Capital Improvement Project" means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities of Local Subdivisions, including real property, interests in real property, and facilities and equipment of Local Subdivisions related or incidental thereto.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Cost of Capital Improvement Projects means the costs of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving and engineering Capital Improvement Projects, and related financing costs.

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
