Access List definition

Access List means the list of Facilities or Services determined by the Commission under section 146 of the Act.

Access List means the Commission Determination on Access List, Determination No. 2 of 2015 which came into operation on 1 September 2015 and any subsequent amendments thereto which sets out a list of Facilities or Services determined by the Commission under section 146 of the Act.

Access List means the Commission Determination on Access List, Determination No. 6 of 2021 which came into operation on 15 December 2021 and any subsequent amendments thereto which sets out a list of Facilities or Services determined by the Commission under Chapter 33 of Part V1 of the Act.
