Infrastructure Sharing definition

Infrastructure Sharing means a Facility and/or Service which comprises the provision of physical access, which refers to the provision of space at specified network facilities to enable an Access Seeker to install and maintain the Equipment
Infrastructure Sharing means the joint utilisation of a particular physical structure, segment, element, or feature of the entire infrastructure;
Infrastructure Sharing means an Access Service which comprises the provision of physical access, which refers to the provision of space at specified Tower and Associated Tower Site to enable an Access Seeker to install and maintain its Equipment.

Infrastructure Sharing means a Facility and/or Service which comprises the provision of physical access, which refers to the provision of space at the Designated Tower and/or Associated Tower Site to enable the Access Seeker to install and maintain its own equipment in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule B of the Terms and Conditions for Regulated Facilities and/or Services;
Infrastructure Sharing means the provision to licensees of access to tangibles used in connection with a public ICT network or intangibles facilitating the utilization of a public ICT network; and, for the purposes of this definition —
Infrastructure Sharing means various kinds of arrangements to share an infrastructure sharing and collocation provider’s active and passive infrastructure, including, but not limited to, the sharing of network elements, antennas, switches, radio access nodes, systems, equipment, facilities, premises or rights of way, with an infrastructure sharing and collocation seeker, subject to an agreement between the parties.
Infrastructure Sharing means the provision to licensees of access to tangibles used in connection with a public ICT network or intangibles facilitating the utilisation of a public ICT network.
Infrastructure Sharing means the provision to licensees of access to tangibles used in connection with a public network or intangibles facilitating the utilization of a public network;
