Accessibility Standard definition

Accessibility Standard means a rule that persons and organizations must follow to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility.
Accessibility Standard has the meaning given to that term in clause 6.3(a)(i).
Accessibility Standard means an accessibility standard made by regulation under section 6; (“norme d’accessibilité”)

  • The successful responder’s compliance with the State of Minnesota’s Accessibility Standard includes, but is not limited to, the specific requirements as follows:- All videos must include closed captions, audio descriptions and a link to a complete transcript;- All documents, presentations, spreadsheets and other material must be provided in an accessible format.

More Definitions of Accessibility Standard

Accessibility Standard. - means the Ontario Regulation 429/07 created under The Accessibility for Ontario with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) which provides for standards to enhance the accessibility of an organization (“the Standard”). Under the Accessibility Standard, persons with disabilities will be given an opportunity equal to that given to others, to obtain, use or benefit from the goods and services provided by and on behalf of the Municipality.
