Accessible device means an automated teller machine, point-of-sale equipment, Touch-Tone telephone connected to a Touch-Tone line, computer, eligible mobile device or any other device enabling an authorized representa- tive to carry out transactions with the Visa Desjardins card.
Accessible device means an automatic teller machine, Point-of-Sale Equip- ment, digital touch keypad (“Touch-Tone” type) telephone connected to a “Touch-Tone” line, computer or other device allowing the authorized represen- tative to make transactions with his Visa Desjardins Card.

Interior accessible routes may include corridors, floors, ramps, elevators, and lifts. Exterior accessible routes may include parking access aisles, curb ramps, walks, ramps, and lifts. A route that complies with the appropriate requirements of ANSI A117.1 or a comparable standard is an accessible route.

  • Electronically Stored Information means any system backup tapes, any electronic mail (whether on an exchange or other similar system), any data on personal computers and any data on server hard drives.
