Eligible Mobile Device definition

Eligible Mobile Device means a mobile device that meets the Federation’s requirements and onto which the Desjardins Mobile Payment Service applica- tion may be downloaded.
Eligible Mobile Device means any cellular phone, tablet, or other mobile device that runs an Ally Bank- supported version of the Android, Windows Phone, Kindle, or Apple iOS platform or that we support with the capability to access the internet.‌‌
Eligible Mobile Device means a mobile device that meets the Federation’s requirements and onto which the Xxxxxxxxxx Mobile Payment Service applica- tion may be downloaded.

Examples of Eligible Mobile Device in a sentence

  • You are responsible for selecting an Eligible Mobile Device, and all issues relating to the operation, performance, and costs associated with such device are between you and your wireless telecommunications provider and/or the individual/entity who sold or provided you with such device.

  • Should you choose to access our Mobile Services, you are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and operating an Eligible Mobile Device to achieve such access.

  • You agree to exercise caution when using the Mobile Services on your Eligible Mobile Device and to use good judgment and discretion when obtaining or transmitting information.

  • Ally Bank recommends that you use an Eligible Mobile Device, because they are the devices for which our Mobile Apps and Mobile Web are designed.

  • However, Ally Bank does not represent or warrant the performance or operation of any Eligible Mobile Device.

  • In connection with your use of our Services, you agree that Ally Bank may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your Eligible Mobile Device, system, and application software and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of Software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to our Services.

  • If you obtain a different Eligible Mobile Device you may be required to download and install the Software to that different device under the same terms set forth in this Agreement.

  • You may access the Mobile Services through an Eligible Mobile Device, and you understand that the terms of Section II.C., Access to Online Banking Services and Your Obligations, govern your access to the Mobile Services, including, without limitation: required security procedures; safeguarding your login credentials; and your obligations with respect to authorized and unauthorized transactions.


More Definitions of Eligible Mobile Device

Eligible Mobile Device means a device described in Section III.C of this Access Agreement.
Eligible Mobile Device means a mobile phone or Tablet running NFC technology and operative system Android 8.0 or higher or meeting such other requirements specified by Worldline in the relevant Terminal Guide.
Eligible Mobile Device means (i) for access to the Mobile Deposit Service using a mobile app that we may provide for such purpose (a “Mobile App”), a data-enabled mobile phone, tablet, or other recognized mobile device that runs a version of the Apple IOS® or Google's Android™ operating system that we support and has the capability to scan Images, and (ii) for access to the Mobile Deposit Service using mobile internet access and a web browser, any mobile phone or other recognized mobile device that we support with the capability to access the Internet and to scan Images. You agree that you will, and will cause each Mobile User to, use the Mobile Deposit Service only in the United States (including its territories) or Canada and at a business location occupied by you and under your dominion and control, in each case unless otherwise agreed by us. You also agree that each Mobile User will be an individual employee of yours and not a third-party agent or Vendor, or an employee of a third-party agent or Vendor, including an affiliate of yours, unless otherwise agreed by us. The Eligible Mobile Device, the Mobile App, and any other software used by the Eligible Mobile Device may each have a separate software or other license, purchase, or usage agreement in addition to the terms provided in this Service Description. You hereby agree that you shall, and shall cause each Mobile User to, comply with and abide by any such license or purchase agreement provided that, with respect to the relationship between you and us, if the terms of such license or purchase agreement conflict with the terms of this Service Description, the terms of this Service Description shall control. We are not responsible for and you agree not to hold us liable for any aspect of the condition or operation of any Eligible Mobile Device or the use thereof by any Mobile User in connection with the Service.

Related to Eligible Mobile Device

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Portable Device means any computing device with a small form factor, designed to be transported from place to place. Portable devices are primarily battery powered devices with base computing resources in the form of a processor, memory, storage, and network access. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.

  • Gambling device means a mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic device, machine, slot

  • Disabling Devices means undisclosed Software viruses, time bombs, logic bombs, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, or other computer instructions, intentional devices or techniques that are designed to threaten, infect, assault, vandalize, defraud, disrupt, damage, disable, maliciously encumber, hack into, incapacitate, infiltrate or slow or shut down a computer system or any component of such computer system, including any such device affecting system security or compromising or disclosing user data in an unauthorized manner.

  • Restricted computer software means computer software developed at private expense and that is a trade secret, is commercial or financial and confidential or privileged, or is copyrighted computer software, including minor modifications of the computer software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.

  • Approved Device means a device described in Subsection 20A-21-201(4) used to

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Diagnostic Service means an examination or procedure performed to obtain information regarding the medical condition of an outpatient.
