Accessible surface means surface of equipment or of an equipment part that can be easily or accidentally touched by persons without the use of a tool.
Accessible route means a continuous, unobstructed path connecting accessible elements and spaces in a building or within a site that can be negotiated by a person with a severe disability using a wheelchair and that is also safe for and usable by people with other disabilities. Interior accessible routes may include corridors, floors, ramps, elevators, and lifts. Exterior accessible routes may include parking access aisles, curb ramps, walks, ramps, and lifts. A route that complies with the appropriate requirements of ANSI A117.1 or a comparable standard is an accessible route.
Accessible Letter(s) means the correspondence used to communicate pertinent information regarding AT&T- 21STATE to the CLEC community and is (are) provided via posting to the AT&T CLEC Online website.
Accessible as used in this Agreement, means a person with a disability is afforded the opportunity to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and equally integrated manner, with substantially equivalent ease of use. A person with a disability must be able to obtain the information as fully, equally, and independently as a person without a disability. Although this might not result in identical ease of use compared to that of persons without disabilities, it still must ensure equal opportunity to the educational benefits and opportunities afforded by the technology and equal treatment in the use of such technology. Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Party as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Responsible Party's Mortgage Loan identifying number; (2) the Mortgagor's name; (3) the street address of the Mortgaged Property including the city, state and zip code; (4) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner-occupied, a second home or investment property; (5) the number and type of residential units constituting the Mortgaged Property (i.e., a single family residence, a 2-4 family residence, a unit in a condominium project or a unit in a planned unit development, manufactured housing); (6) the original months to maturity or the remaining months to maturity from the Cut-off Date, in any case based on the original amortization schedule and, if different, the maturity expressed in the same manner but based on the actual amortization schedule; (7) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to the Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio at origination; (8) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of the Cut-off Date; (9) the date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (10) the stated maturity date; (11) the amount of the Scheduled Payment as of the Cut-off Date; (12) the last payment date on which a Scheduled Payment was actually applied to pay interest and the outstanding principal balance; (13) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (14) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date, after deduction of payments of principal due and collected on or before the Cut-off Date; (15) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Adjustment Date; (16) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Gross Margin; (17) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Lifetime Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (18) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, a code indicating the type of Index; (19) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Periodic Mortgage Interest Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (20) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., fixed rate, adjustable rate, first lien, second lien); (21) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take-out refinance); (22) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full documentation, limited documentation or stated income); (23) the loan credit classification (as described in the Underwriting Guidelines); (24) whether such Mortgage Loan provides for a Prepayment Premium; (25) the Prepayment Premium period of such Mortgage Loan, if applicable; (26) a description of the Prepayment Premium, if applicable; (27) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of origination; (28) the credit risk score (FICO score) at origination; (29) the date of origination; (30) the Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment period; (31) the Mortgage Interest Rate floor; (32) the Mortgage Interest Rate calculation method (i.e., 30/360, simple interest, other); (33) a code indicating whether the Mortgage Loan has been modified; (34) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio; (35) the one year payment history;
accessible format copy means a copy of a work in an alternative manner or form which gives a beneficiary person access to the work, including to permit the person to have access as feasibly and comfortably as a person without visual impairment or other print disability. The accessible format copy is used exclusively by beneficiary persons and it must respect the integrity of the original work, taking due consideration of the changes needed to make the work accessible in the alternative format and of the accessibility needs of the beneficiary persons;
Public land means land owned by the federal government, the state, or political subdivisions of the state and land acquired or developed for public recreation pursuant to section 321I.8.
Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.
Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.
The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.
CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.
CREFC® Special Servicer Property File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

Public lands ’ means (A) all lands under the cus- tody and control of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, except Indian lands, (B) lands under the custody and control of the Tennessee Valley Authority that are situated in western Ken- tucky and Tennessee and are designated as ‘‘Land Be- tween the Lakes,’’ and (C) lands under the custody and control of the Secretary of Defense;
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Inside Information means non-published information which is likely to have a noticeable effect on the pricing of a Contract if it was made public;
