Accounting for Purchases. Account for or treat (whether in financial statements or otherwise) the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as sales of the Receivables and Related Rights by such Originator to the Company.
Accounting for Purchases. Except in accordance with any Requirement of Law, prepare any financial statements which shall account for the transactions contemplated under any Origination Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunder in any manner other than, as a contribution of the Receivables from the Contributor to the Company and as a grant of a security interest in the Receivables by the Company to the Collateral Agent, respectively, or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated under any Origination Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunder (including for financial accounting purposes, except as required by law) in any manner other than as a contribution of the Receivables from the Contributor to the Company and as a grant of a security interest in the Collateral from the Company to the Collateral Agent, respectively; provided, however, that this sub-Section shall not apply for any tax or tax accounting purposes.
Accounting for Purchases. Such Seller shall prepare its financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and any financial statements that are made publicly available and which are consolidated to include Buyer will contain footnotes stating that such Seller has sold or contributed its Receivables to Buyer and that the assets of Buyer will not be available to ICP and its Subsidiaries (other than Buyer) unless Buyer's liabilities have been paid in full. Such Seller shall not prepare any financial statements that account for the transactions contemplated in this Agreement in any manner other than as a sale or contribution of Specified Assets by such Seller to Buyer, or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated in this Agreement (including but not limited to accounting and, where taxes are not consolidated, for tax reporting purposes) in any manner other than as a sale or contribution of Specified Assets by such Seller to Buyer.
Accounting for Purchases. Except as otherwise required by law, prepare any financial statements which shall account for the transactions contemplated under the Sale Agreement or hereunder in any manner other than as a sale of the Purchased Loans from the Sellers to the Company and from the Company to the Trust, respectively, or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated under the Sale Agreement or hereunder (including for financial accounting purposes, except as required by law) in any manner other than as sales of the Purchased Loans from the Sellers to the Company and from the Company to the Trust, respectively; provided, however, that this subsection shall not apply for any tax or tax accounting purposes.

Originator will not, and will not permit any Affiliate to, account for or treat (whether in financial statements or otherwise) the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as sales of the Receivables and the Related Security by Originator to Buyer or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as sales of the Receivables and the Related Security by Originator to Buyer except to the extent that such transactions are not recognized on account of consolidated financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Accounting for Purchases. The Originator shall not account for or treat (whether in financial statements or otherwise) the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as sales of the Receivables and Related Rights by the Originator to the Buyer.

The Originator will not, and shall not permit any Affiliate to, account for or treat (whether in financial statements or otherwise) the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than the sale of the Receivables and Related Security by the Originator to the Buyer or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as a sale of the Receivables and Related Security by the Originator to the Buyer except to the extent that such transactions are not recognized on account of consolidated financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Accounting for Purchases. Such Originator will not account for the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than the sale for financial accounting purposes by such Originator to the Buyer of the Receivables sold and transferred by such Originator on or after the applicable Initial Cutoff Date through and including the Termination Date, together with the associated Related Security, except to the extent that such transactions are not recognized on account of consolidated financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Accounting for Purchases. Its financial statements shall account for the transactions contemplated in this Agreement as a sale by it of the Purchased Receivables to Xxxxx Fargo, and shall account for and treat the transactions contemplated hereunder (including but not limited to accounting and tax reporting) as a sale of the Purchased Receivables by it to Xxxxx Fargo.
Accounting for Purchases. Each Seller shall prepare its financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and any financial statements that are made publicly available and which are consolidated to include Buyer will contain footnotes stating that such Seller has sold or contributed to Buyer the Specified Assets. Each Seller shall not prepare any financial statements that account for the transactions contemplated in this Agreement in any manner other than as a sale of the Specified Assets by such Seller to Buyer (except in each to the extent provided in Section 2.7).
