Rights of Buyer. S CUSTOMERS AND REGULATORS TO PERFORM INSPECTION, SURVEILLANCE AND TESTING. Buyer's rights to perform inspections, surveillance and tests and to review procedures, practices, processes and related documents related to quality assurance, quality control, flight safety and configuration control shall extend to the customers of Buyer that are departments, agencies or instrumentalities of the United States Government and to the United States Government Federal Aviation Administration and any successor agency or instrumentality of the United States Government. Buyer may also, at Xxxxx's option, by prior written notice from Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative, extend such rights to other customers of Buyer and to agencies or instrumentalities of foreign governments equivalent in purpose to the Federal Aviation Administration. Seller shall cooperate with any such United States Government-directed or Buyer-directed inspection, surveillance, test or review without additional charge to Buyer. Nothing in this contract shall be interpreted to limit United States Government access to Seller's facilities pursuant to law or regulation.
Rights of Buyer. (a) Each Seller hereby authorizes Buyer, the Servicer and/or their respective designees to take any and all steps in such Seller’s name and on behalf of such Seller that Buyer, the Servicer and/or their respective designees determine are reasonably necessary or appropriate to collect all amounts due under any and all Specified Assets, including endorsing the name of such Seller on Equipment Notes, checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Seller’s rights under such Specified Assets.
(b) Except as expressly set forth in Section 2.12(a), Buyer shall have no obligation to account for any Specified Asset to any Seller. Buyer shall have no obligation to account for, or to return Collections, or any interest or other finance charge collected pursuant thereto, to any Seller, irrespective of whether such Collections and charges are in excess of the Purchase Price for the Specified Assets.
(c) Buyer shall have the unrestricted right to further assign, transfer, deliver, hypothecate, subdivide or otherwise deal with the Specified Assets, and all of Buyer’s right, title and interest in, to and under this Agreement.
(d) Buyer shall have the sole right to retain any gains or profits created by buying, selling or holding the Specified Assets and shall have the sole risk of and responsibility for losses or damages created by such buying, selling or holding.
Rights of Buyer. (a) Subject to Section 7.3(b), Seller hereby authorizes Buyer, Second Step Purchaser, Servicer and/or their respective designees to take any and all steps in Seller's name and on behalf of Seller that Buyer, Second Step Purchaser, Servicer and/or their respective designees determine are reasonably necessary or appropriate to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables, including endorsing the name of Seller on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing Seller's rights under such Receivables.
(b) Buyer shall have no obligation to account for any Receivables to Seller. Buyer shall have no obligation to account for, or to return Collections, or any interest or other finance charge collected pursuant thereto, to Seller, irrespective of whether such Collections and charges are in excess of the Purchase Price for the Receivables.
(c) Buyer shall have the unrestricted right to further assign, transfer, deliver, hypothecate, subdivide or otherwise deal with the Receivables, and all of Buyer's right, title and interest in, to and under this Agreement, on whatever terms Buyer shall determine, pursuant to the Purchase Agreement or otherwise.
(d) Buyer shall have the sole right to retain any gains or profits created by buying, selling or holding the Receivables and shall have the sole risk of and responsibility for losses or damages created by such buying, selling or holding.
Rights of Buyer. A purchaser of the Selling Partner’s Percentage Interest, if not already a Limited Partner, shall be an Assignee and shall not become a substitute Limited Partner unless it satisfies the requirements of Section 9.2.

Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement or this Exhibit A to the contrary, until such time as Seller has exercised its right to repurchase any Purchased Securities and Buyer has reconveyed such Purchased Securities to Seller, Buyer shall have the exclusive right to exercise any rights and remedies under such Purchased Securities, including, but not limited to, the granting of any waivers, consents or approvals, the right to receive any and all notices under such Purchased Securities, and the right to exercise any and all remedies available under such Purchased Securities.

Rights of Buyer. Buyer shall have the following rights in respect of the Billali, Jxx Xxxx and Imperial Mines:
i) Surface. Mining and Access Rights. Subject only to any limitations imposed by federal, state and local regulations, the free, unrestricted and uninterrupted right of access, ingress and egress to the Billali, Jxx Xxxx and Imperial Mines over existing roads or alternate routes approved by Seller and the right to enter upon and occupy the Billali, Jxx Xxxx and Imperial Mines for all purposes reasonably incident to exploring for, developing, mining (by underground mining, surface mining, strip mining or any other surface or subsurface method, including any method later developed), extracting, milling, smelting, refining, stockpiling, storing, processing, removing and marketing there from all ores, metals, minerals, mineral products (including intermediate products) and materials of every nature or sort, and the right to place, construct, maintain, use and thereafter remove such structures, facilities, equipment, roadways, haulage ways, utility lines, reservoirs and water courses, and other improvement as may be necessary, useful or convenient for the full enjoyment of all of the rights granted under this Agreement. Buyer shall have sole and exclusive custody, possession, ownership and control of all ore, rock, drill core and other mineral substances extracted or removed from the Billali, ae4 Jxx Xxxx and Imperial Mines and may sell or otherwise dispose thereof.
ii) In the exercise of such rights, Buyer shall be subject only to compliance with applicable statutes, rules , regulations and the terms of this Agreement. These rights are also granted Billali Jxx Xxxx, Imperial Mine Purchase Agreement January 2019 and may be utilized for the purpose or in the course of carrying on exploration, development or mining operations on any other properties in which Buyer may have or acquire any right or interest, provided Seller assents to the same.
