Accredited Building Contractors definition

Accredited Building Contractors means the Building Contractors accredited in terms of the BCAP;
Accredited Building Contractors means the building contractors accredited by Sitari Country Estate Proprietary Limited, during the development period, in terms of the requirements of the Constitution and the Construction Manual, a copy of such list shall be available on request from the Estate Agent.
