Examples of Accrued Euro Collateral Interest Amount in a sentence
The Issuer will be entitled to draw under the Liquidity Facility an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the undrawn amount of the Liquidity Facility; (b) the Accrued Euro Collateral Interest Amount plus the euro equivalent of the Accrued Sterling Collateral Interest Amount and (c) such lesser amount as determined by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer (such lesser amount, the “Liquidity Limit”).
The Issuer shall be entitled to draw Funds under the Liquidity Facilities in Euro, Sterling or US Dollars for the payment of interest on the Notes in accordance with the Priorities of Payment on any Payment Date in an amount up to the aggregate of the Accrued Euro Collateral Interest Amount, the Accrued Sterling Collateral Interest Amount and the Accrued US Dollar Collateral Interest Amount subject to certain limitations as set out in "Description of the Liquidity Facility Agreement".
