Swap Transactions definition

Swap Transactions means any and all such transactions of any kind, and the related confirmations, that are subject to the terms and conditions of, or governed by, any Hedge Agreement.
Swap Transactions means any interest rate swap transaction, forward rate transaction, treasury lock transaction, interest rate cap, floor or collar transaction, any similar transaction, any option to enter into any of the foregoing, or any combination of any of the foregoing.
Swap Transactions has the meaning given to such term in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
