Accrued Rebates definition

Accrued Rebates means all accrued rebates, grants to customers and sales rebates of Seller (other than Excluded Liabilities) at the Closing Time, in each case, to the extent relating to the Radiopharmacy Business or the Purchased Assets and determined using the Applicable Accounting Principles.
