Accumulated Principal Draw Amount definition

Accumulated Principal Draw Amount means, as of any date of determination during any Insolvency Period or Liquidation Period, the total amount of draws under the Series 2010-3 Letter of Credit allocated to the Series 2010-3 Noteholders pursuant to Section 4.7(c) prior to such date of determination during such Insolvency Period or Liquidation Period.
Accumulated Principal Draw Amount means, with respect to draws made under the Series 2001-1 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period, the total amount with respect to such draws allocated to the Series 2001-1 Noteholders pursuant to Sections 4.10(a)(iii) and (b)(iii) during such Insolvency Period.
Accumulated Principal Draw Amount means, with respect to draws made under the Series 2001-3 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period or after the occurrence of any other Liquidity Event, the sum of the draws made and applied pursuant to Sections 4.5(a)(i), (b)(i) and (c)(i) during such Insolvency Period or after the occurrence of such other Liquidity Event.

Examples of Accumulated Principal Draw Amount in a sentence

  • Following each draw on the Series 2010-3 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period, the Master Servicer shall calculate the Accumulated Principal Draw Amount after giving effect to such draw, and shall promptly inform the Trustee of such amount.

  • Following each draw on the Series 2010-1 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period, the Master Servicer shall calculate the Accumulated Principal Draw Amount after giving effect to such draw, and shall promptly inform the Trustee of such amount.

  • If the Series 2006-1 Insurer elects in its sole discretion, to provide to the Trustee any direction under this Section 4.18(c), the Series 2006-1 Insurer shall provide to the Master Servicer one (1) Business Day prior written notice thereof; provided, that the failure of the Series 2006-1 Insurer to provide such notice to the Master Servicer shall not affect the Series 2006-1 Insurer’s right to calculate such Permitted Principal Draw Amount and Accumulated Principal Draw Amount.

  • Following each draw on the Series 2007-1 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period, the Master Servicer or the Series 2007-1 Insurer with prior written notice to the Master Servicer, as applicable, shall calculate the Accumulated Principal Draw Amount after giving effect to such draw, and shall promptly inform the Trustee of such amount.

  • Following each draw on the Series 2006-1 Letter of Credit during any Insolvency Period, the Master Servicer or the Series 2006-1 Insurer with prior written notice to the Master Servicer, as applicable, shall calculate the Accumulated Principal Draw Amount after giving effect to such draw, and shall promptly inform the Trustee of such amount.

  • Approval of the application is therefore recommended, subject to the satisfactory completion of a Section 106 Agreement and conditions.

  • Calculated Principal Distribution As defined in Section 5.03(d).

  • Reserve Draw Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.12(c).

  • Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2019-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of: (a) all Principal Prepayments received on the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans, all Principal Prepayments received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date); and (b) any other collections (exclusive of payments by Mortgagors) received on the Mortgage Loans and, to the extent of the Trust’s interest therein, any REO Properties during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan or any interest in REO Property acquired with respect thereto, all such proceeds received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date), whether in the form of Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation proceeds, net income, rents, and REO Proceeds or otherwise, that were identified and applied by the Master Servicer (and/or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the related Outside Servicer) as recoveries of previously unadvanced principal of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Required Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Class A Required Amount, the Class B Required Amount and the Collateral Senior Required Amount.

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of the following with respect to each Loan Group: (i) the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount with respect to such Loan Group and such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to any Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the amount of Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect thereto remaining after application thereof pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount for that Loan Group, up to the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, and (iii) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount with respect to that Loan Group for such Distribution Date, reduced by the amount of any payments in respect of Class PO Deferred Amounts for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date after a Senior Termination Date, the Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount will not be calculated by Loan Group but will equal the amount calculated pursuant to the formula set forth above based on the applicable Subordinated Percentage and Subordinated Prepayment Percentage for the Subordinated Certificates for such Distribution Date with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans as opposed to the Mortgage Loans only in the related Loan Group.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in [the Accumulation Period for the Class A( - ) Notes, the Accumulation Amount], (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class A( - ) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes, and (iii) in all other circumstances, zero.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Unadjusted Principal Distribution Amount As defined in the definition of “Principal Distribution Amount.”

  • Principal Deficiency Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Undercollateralized Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date over the sum of the Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:

With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
