Tranche of Notes definition

Tranche of Notes means the individual Notes issued at a particular Initial Closing, Mandatory Tranche Closing Date or Optional Tranche Closing Date.
Tranche of Notes means each and any of the Tranche A Notes, the Tranche B Notes, the Tranche C Notes, the Tranche D Notes and the Tranche E Notes.
Tranche of Notes means Notes which are issued on the same issue date, the terms of which are identical in all respects (except that a Tranche may comprise Notes in more than one denomination).

  • On any day occurring on or after the date on which the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of any Tranche of Notes is reduced to less than 5% of its highest Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount, the Depositor or any Affiliate thereof has the right, but not the obligation, to redeem such Tranche of Notes in whole but not in part, pursuant to Section 1202 of the Indenture.

  • The Indenture permits, with certain exceptions as therein provided, the amendment thereof and the modification of the rights and obligations of the Issuer and the rights of the Holders of the Notes under the Indenture at any time by the Issuer with the consent of the Holders of Notes representing not less than 66 2/3% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of each adversely affected Series, Class or Tranche of Notes.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Indenture, the Transferor may, from time to time, direct the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, to issue one or more new Series, Class or Tranche of Notes or new Notes of any Series, Class or Tranche.

  • Any stabilisation action may begin on or after the date on which adequate public disclosure of the terms of the offer of the relevant Tranche of Notes is made and, if begun, may cease at any time, but it must end no later than the earlier of 30 days after the issue date of the relevant Tranche of Notes and 60 days after the date of the allotment of the relevant Tranche of Notes.

  • As of the date of any additional issuance of Notes of an Outstanding Class or Tranche of Notes, the Stated Principal Amount, Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and Nominal Liquidation Amount of that Class or Tranche will be increased to reflect the principal amount of the additional Notes.

  • During the period beginning on the date of the applicable Terms Agreement and continuing to and including the Closing Date, none of the Bank, the Depositor or the Issuing Entity will offer, sell, contract to sell or otherwise dispose of any credit card backed securities with the same term and other characteristics identical to the relevant Tranche of Notes without the prior written consent of the Representative.

More Definitions of Tranche of Notes

Tranche of Notes herein shall be a reference to each relevant Sub-Series of Notes and references to "Noteholders" herein shall be a reference to each Sub-Series Noteholders, unless the context indicates otherwise.
Tranche of Notes means Notes which are issued on the same issue date, the terms of which are identical in all respects (except that a Tranche may comprise Notes in more than one denomination). Each Series may have one or more Tranches of Notes.
