ACH Obligations definition

ACH Obligations means any and all obligations of any Loan Party owing to any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender under any treasury management services agreement, any service terms or any service agreements, including electronic payments service terms and/or automated clearing house agreements, and all overdrafts on any account which any Loan Party maintains with any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender.
ACH Obligations has the meaning specified in the Credit Agreement.
ACH Obligations means any obligations incurred from time to time to any Bank in the form of overdrafts and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or in connection with automated clearing house transfers of funds.

ACH Obligations means any and all obligations of any Company owing to any Lender or any Affiliates of any Lender under any treasury management services agreement, any service terms or any service agreements, including electronic payments service terms and/or Automated Clearing House agreements, and all overdrafts on any account which any Company maintains with Bank One or any other Affiliates of Bank One Corporation.
