All of the right, title and interest of the Collateral Trustees in and to the Collateral Trust Estate secures the payment of all of the Secured Obligations now or hereafter existing under or in respect of (i) the Secured Agreements and the performance of, and the compliance with, all of the covenants and conditions of this Agreement, the other Collateral Documents and the other Secured Agreements and (ii) the ACH Obligations.
