Achievement Certificate definition

Achievement Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • On successful completion the Authority will issue a Milestone Achievement Certificate.

  • No estoppel or waiver shall arise as a result of the issue of any Milestone Achievement Certificate.

  • Notwithstanding the issuing of any Milestone Achievement Certificate, the Supplier shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that the Supplier Solution as designed and developed is suitable for the delivery of the Deployed Services and that the Deployed Services are delivered in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

  • Claims for payment should be submitted by the Recipient to the Funds Manager and accompanied by a Payment Milestone Achievement Certificate (see Annex A), approved by the Centre Director and signed by the Administrative or Finance Officer of the Recipient.

  • In the event of an inadequate response to the Purchaser’s report from the Service Provider, the Purchaser (acting reasonably) may withhold a Test Certificate (and consequently delay the grant of a Milestone Achievement Certificate) until the issues in the report have been addressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser.

  • Recognition of Academic Achievement Certificate of Achievement (Certificat de Mérite)Grade 9 to Grade 12 students who earn an average of 80%, with no final mark less than 75% during their current school year, will receive a certificate of achievement at the end of the school year.

  • A student may elect to meet the Certificate of Achievement, Certificate of Skill Proficiency, or Career Certificate requirements in effect at the time of entrance or at the time of graduation provided that he/she maintains continuous enrollment (see Catalog Rights – Continuous Enrollment).

  • Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].

  • Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.

  • Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].

  • Independent Certificate means a certificate or opinion to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee under the circumstances described in, and otherwise complying with, the applicable requirements of Section 11.1 of the Indenture, made by an independent appraiser or other expert appointed by an Issuer Order, and such opinion or certificate shall state that the signer has read the definition of “Independent” in this Appendix A and that the signer is Independent within the meaning thereof.

  • Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Pro Forma Adjustment Certificate means any certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower delivered pursuant to Section 9.1(h) or setting forth the information described in clause (iv) to Section 9.1(d).

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Self Audit Certificate means the certificate in the form as set out in Framework Schedule 9 (Self Audit Certificate) to be provided to the Authority in accordance with Clause 17.3 (Records and Audit Access);

  • Final Test Certificate means the final test certificate issued by the owner within the provisions of the contract.

  • Component Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.

  • Notional Amount Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Performance Goal means a performance goal established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Performance Objectives means the performance objective or objectives established by the Committee pursuant to the Plan. Any Performance Objectives may relate to the performance of the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries, divisions, departments, units, functions, partnerships, joint ventures or minority investments, product lines or products, or the performance of the individual Participant, and may include, without limitation, the Performance Objectives set forth in Section 13(b). The Performance Objectives may be made relative to the performance of a group of comparable companies, or published or special index that the Committee, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, or the Company may select Performance Objectives as compared to various stock market indices. Performance Objectives may be stated as a combination of the listed factors.

  • Accountant's Certificate means an opinion signed by an independent certified public accountant or firm of certified public accountants (which may be the Accountants) from time to time selected by the Issuer.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.
