Acknowledgement Agreement definition

Acknowledgement Agreement means the agreement made as of May 19, 2004 among the Province, the BC Transportation Financing Authority, BC Ferries and Computershare Trust Company of Canada;

Acknowledgement Agreement. ’ means the acknowledgement agreement referred to under ‘‘Capital Markets Platform — Acknowledgement Agreement’’;

• All OP Units and REIT Shares shall be subject to the IPO Escrow until the earlier of (i) the delivery of, as applicable, a completed and signed Investor Acknowledgement Agreement (substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D-1 and D-2) or Letter of Transmittal (substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E) or (ii) one business day after the second anniversary of the Effective Date.

• This Agreement shall terminate with respect to the Mortgage Loans or portion thereof transferred on the related Transfer Date which shall be the date set forth on the related Acknowledgement Agreement.

• Any portion of a Compensation Payment funded by monies deposited to the Trust Account shall be paid directly to Agent or as Agent may direct from the Trust Account in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Account Acknowledgement Agreement.

• Each Officer shall be required to sign an Acknowledgement Agreement pursuant to which such Officer will agree to be bound by the terms of, and comply with, this Policy; however, any Officer’s failure to sign any such Acknowledgment Agreement shall not negate the application of this Policy to the Officer.

More Definitions of Acknowledgement Agreement

Acknowledgement Agreement means an Acknowledgement Agreement, by and among an Agency, the Borrower and the Lender as secured party, pursuant to which the Agency acknowledges the security interest granted pursuant to this Agreement of the Lender in the Servicing Rights related to pools of mortgage loans securitized with such Agency, together with any amendments and addenda thereto.

Acknowledgement Agreement means (i) with respect to the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicing Rights, the Amended and Restated Acknowledgement Agreement, dated as of June 28, 2022, by and among Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx, and Lender, pursuant to which Xxxxxx Xxx acknowledges the security interest of the Lender or an agent on behalf of the Lender in the Pledged Servicing Rights arising under the Xxxxxx Xxx Lender Contracts, together with any amendments and addenda thereto, and (ii) the Freddie Mac Acknowledgment Agreement.

Acknowledgement Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(g)(viii).

Acknowledgement Agreement means the Acknowledgement Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2016, among the Issuer, Citibank, N.A., as indenture trustee and Xxxxxx Mae, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Acknowledgement Agreement means that certain Acknowledgement Agreement dated as of the date hereof, entered into by and among each of the Borrowers' Subsidiaries and the Collateral Agent in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
