ACP product definition

ACP product means any “consumer product” subject to the VOC standards specified in section 3 (a), except those products that have been exempted under section 4, or exempted as Innovative Products under section 5.

ACP product means any consumer product subject to the VOC content limits specified in section 3(a) of this rule, except those products that have been exempted under section 4 or 5 of this rule.

ACP product means any “consumer product” or any “aerosol coating product” subject to the VOC standards specified in sections 94509 or 94522, except those products that have been exempted under sections 94510 or 94523, or exempted as Innovative Products under section 94511.

Examples of ACP product in a sentence

• Any exceedance during the applicable compliance period of the VOC content specified for an ACP product in the ACP Agreement approving an ACP shall constitute a single, separate violation of the requirements of this regulation for each ACP product which exceeds the specified VOC Content that is sold, supplied, offered for sale, or manufactured for use in (OTC STATE).

• The commitment shall require the responsible ACP party to display the date-code on each ACP product container or package no later than 5 working days after the date an ACP Agreement approving an ACP is signed by the (OTC STATE AGENCY).

• For the purposes of this subsection (3), “early reformulation” means an ACP product which is reformulated to result in a reduction in the product's VOC Content, and which is sold, supplied, or offered for sale in (OTC STATE) for the first time during the one-year (365 day) period immediately prior to the date on which the application for a proposed ACP is submitted to the (OTC STATE AGENCY).

• Accurate documentation for the early reformulated ACP product that meets the requirements specified in subdivisions B 1 c and d and B 1 g (7) and (8) of this section and that identifies the specific test methods for verifying the claimed early reformulation and the statistical accuracy and precision of the test methods as specified in subdivision B 1 g (4) of this section.

• For each proposed ACP product identified in subdivision 1 c of this subsection, a demonstration to the satisfaction of the board that the enforceable sales records to be used by the responsible ACP party for tracking product sales meet the minimum criteria specified in subdivision 1 d (5) of this subsection.

More Definitions of ACP product

ACP product means any consumer product subject to the VOC standards specified in 9VAC5-45-430 A, except those products that have been exempted as innovative products under 9VAC5-45-450.

ACP product means any consumer product subject to the VOC standards specified in 2.3.1 of this regulation, except those products that have been exempted under 2.3 of this regulation, or exempted as innovative products under 2.4 of this regulation and is covered by an ACP established by the responsible ACP party.

ACP product means a consumer product subject to the VOC standards in Regulation.04B of this chapter, except those products that have been exempted under Regulations .01, .11, or .12 of this chapter.
