Acquired Company Service Provider definition

Acquired Company Service Provider means any current employee, worker, independent contractor, consultant, advisor (but excluding financial and legal advisors and similar third-party vendors), officer or director of either of the Acquired Companies.
Acquired Company Service Provider means any current or former employee, independent contractor, consultant, advisor, officer or director of any of the Acquired Companies or any Affiliate of any of the Acquired Companies.
Acquired Company Service Provider means any Service Provider of any Acquired Company Entity.
