Acquired Customer Contracts definition

Acquired Customer Contracts means all of Seller's contracts (including but not limited to oral, implied, and executory contracts) with End-User Customers to deliver products and services of the Business. "Acquired Channel Partner Contracts" means all of Seller's contracts with its Channel Partners to deliver products and services of the Business.
Acquired Customer Contracts means all Contracts relating to the provision by any Seller or the Company of real-time market data, news, historical financial information or associated information or technology (i) to which such Seller is a party and that are included among the Assets or (ii) to which the Company is a party.
Acquired Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) below.
