Examples of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome in a sentence
Management shall comply with the provisions of Federal, State and local laws prohibiting discrimination in housing on the basis of marital status, race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or AIDS Related Condition (ARC), physical disability, familial status, or any other arbitrary basis.
CMC shall not discriminate because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, marital or domestic partner status, sexual preference, national origin, ancestry, age, physical disability, prior arrest or conviction records, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or HIV status in the leasing, rental, or other disposition of housing or related facilities.
Contractor shall not deny any person the full and equal enjoyment of, or impose less advantageous terms, or restrict the availability of, the use of any County facility or participation in any County funded or supported service or program on the grounds that such person has Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) as those terms are defined in Title 3, Division 2, Chapter 8, Section 32.803, of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances.
During the performance of this Agreement, Contractor and its Subcontractors shall not unlawfully discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV status (AIDS/HIV status), medical condition, marital status, age (over 40), sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or domestic partner status.
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome - means the meanings assigned to it by the World Health Organization.
