Acquiring Device definition

Acquiring Device means any device with communication function, which is installed by the Merchant for acceptance or processing of payments under this Agreement.

Acquiring Device means the device with communication function, which installed by Merchant and can be used to scanning or to displaying QR Code or Barcode, it can be used to interacting with financial transaction information and the exchange information according to the payment order, including online payment and offline payment.

Examples of Acquiring Device in a sentence

  • Control device means equipment (such as an incinerator or carbon adsorber) used to reduce, by destruction or removal, the amount of air contaminants in an air stream prior to discharge to the ambient air.
