Acquiring person statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a) hereof. "Acquisition" means the acquisition by Cellular of assets (which may include the acquisition of the common equity interests in a Person) that constitute a business that, prior to such acquisition, has been operated as a company or a division or has otherwise been operated as a separate business.
