Acquiror Public Warrant definition

Acquiror Public Warrant means a warrant to purchase one (1) share of Acquiror Class A Ordinary Share at an exercise price of eleven Dollars fifty cents ($11.50) that was included in the units sold as part of Acquiror’s initial public offering.
Acquiror Public Warrant means “Public Warrants”, as defined in the most recent Acquiror SEC Reports prior to this Agreement.
Acquiror Public Warrant has the meaning ascribed to it in the Acquiror SEC Reports as of the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Acquiror Public Warrant in a sentence

  • Each Acquiror Unit outstanding immediately prior to the Merger Effective Time shall be automatically detached and the holder thereof shall be deemed to hold one share of Class A common stock of Acquiror, one-half of Acquiror Public Warrant, and one Acquiror Right in accordance with the terms of the applicable Acquiror Unit, which underlying Acquiror Securities shall be converted in accordance with the applicable terms of this Section 2.4 below.

Acquiror Public Warrant means any Acquiror Warrant other than an Acquiror Private Placement Warrant.
