Act of 1997 means the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997;
Act of 1999 means the Electricity Regulation Act 1999;
Act of 1994 means the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994 [No.27 of 1994];
Act of 1992 means the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (No. 7 of 1992);
Act of 1998 means the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998);
Act of 1995 means the Consumer Credit Act 1995;
Act of 1996 means the Trade Marks Act 1996 (No. 6 of 1996);
Social Security Act means the Social Security Act of 1965.
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.
Act of 2010 means the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010;
Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
Privacy Commissioner means the person occupying the position of Privacy Commissioner from time to time pursuant to the Privacy Xxx 0000.
HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.
the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
Act of 2014 means the Companies Act 2014;
Municipal Government Act means the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26, as amended or replaced from time to time.
Act of 2002 means the Communications Regulation Act 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);
Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;
Local Government Act means the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, together with all amendments thereto and replacements thereof;
Education Act means the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.2, as amended.
