Action 1. The SR actor (EGEE VO/RC/application) asks the ENOC for a service. The SR actor should provide the ENOC with the source and destination sites or hosts of the service flow, the requested bandwidth and the duration of the requested service (start and end time). Additional information should be provided about the purpose of the request and the credentials of the SR, so that the ENOC can authenticate/authorize the SR actor.
