Action definition

Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).

Action means any claim, action, suit, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation by or before any Governmental Authority.

• The Company shall not be liable for any settlement of any Action effected without its written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).

Action means any claim, action, cause of action, demand, lawsuit, arbitration, inquiry, audit, notice of violation, proceeding, litigation, citation, summons, subpoena, or investigation of any nature, civil, criminal, administrative, regulatory, or other, whether at law, in equity, or otherwise.
