Actions definition

Actions means all actions, litigation, complaints, claims, charges, accusations, investigations, petitions, suits, arbitrations, mediations or other proceedings, whether civil or criminal, at law or in equity, or before any arbitrator or Governmental Entity.
Actions has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7 hereof.
Actions has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.3.

Examples of Actions in a sentence

  • The Lender may serve notices under Clauses 19.2(a)(i) (Actions following an Event of Default) or 19.2(a)(ii) (Actions following an Event of Default) simultaneously or on different dates and it may take any action referred to in Clause 19.2 (Actions following an Event of Default) if no such notice is served or simultaneously with or at any time after the service of both or either of such notices.

  • On the service of a notice under Clause 19.2(a)(ii) (Actions following an Event of Default), all or, as the case may be, the part of the Loan specified in the notice together with accrued interest and all other amounts accrued or owing from the Borrower or any Security Party under this Agreement and every other Finance Document shall become immediately due and payable or, as the case may be, payable on demand.

  • On the service of a notice under Clause 19.2(a)(i) (Actions following an Event of Default), the Commitments and all other obligations of the Lender to the Borrower under this Agreement shall be cancelled.

  • The Lender shall send to each Security Party a copy or the text of any notice which the Lender serves on the Borrower under Clause 19.2 (Actions following an Event of Default); but the notice shall become effective when it is served on the Borrower, and no failure or delay by the Lender to send a copy or the text of the notice to any other person shall invalidate the notice or provide the Borrower or any Security Party with any form of claim or defence.

  • None of the Actions set forth on Schedule 3.1(j) (i) adversely affects or challenges the legality, validity or enforceability of any of the Transaction Documents or the Securities or (ii) could, if there were an unfavorable decision, have or reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
