Active Seller definition

Active Seller means any Seller that either provides a Relevant Activity during the Reportable Period or is paid or credited Consideration in connection with a Relevant Activity during the Reportable Period.
Active Seller or “Active Servicer” means, with respect to any Eligible Loan, a seller or servicer, respectively, that has entered into a Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract with Xxxxxx Xxx and is participating in Servicing Marketplace.

  • AHL, on behalf of employees, will advise the next Active Seller on the Realization Schedule of the purchase and advise the purchaser of details of the Active Seller and transfer the shares to the employee on completion of the transaction.

Related to Active Seller

  • Active Service means a Covered Person is either 1) actively at work performing all regular duties at his or her employer’s place of business or someplace the employer requires him or her to be; 2) employed, but on a scheduled holiday, vacation day, or period of approved paid leave of absence; or 3) if not employed, able to engage in substantially all of the usual activities of a person in good health of like age and sex and not confined in a Hospital or rehabilitation or rest facility.

  • Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.
