Additional 2018 Notes means 2018 Notes issued pursuant to the terms of this Indenture in addition to Initial Notes that are 2018 Notes (other than any 2018 Notes issued in respect of Initial Notes that are 2018 Notes pursuant to Sections 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 3.06, 3.09, 4.16 or 9.05).
