Additional Capitalisation definition

Additional Capitalisation means the capital expenditure actually incurred or projected to be incurred, after the date of commercial operation of the Project and admitted by the Commission after prudence check subject to provisions of Regulation 22.

More Definitions of Additional Capitalisation

Additional Capitalisation means the capital expenditure actually incurred after the date of commercial operation of the transmission system and admitted by the Commission after prudent check subject to Regulation 73 provided herein after.
