Additional Collateral Obligations definition

Additional Collateral Obligations. The meaning assigned in the Preamble of this Agreement.
Additional Collateral Obligations. (i) Collateral Obligations purchased by the Issuer during the Reinvestment Period and (ii) Collateral Obligations that the Issuer committed to purchase during the Reinvestment Period.
Additional Collateral Obligations. All Collateral Obligations that become part of the Collateral after the Closing Date.

Examples of Additional Collateral Obligations in a sentence

  • At the direction of the Issuer (or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer), the Trustee shall apply amounts held in the Principal Collection Subaccount or the Reinvestment Collection Subaccount to purchase Additional Collateral Obligations during the Reinvestment Period as described in clause (b) above.

  • All other amounts received by the Trustee will be deposited in the Principal Collection Subaccount, including in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 10.5(a), (i) any funds designated as Principal Proceeds by the Collateral Manager in accordance with this Indenture and (ii) all other Principal Proceeds (unless simultaneously reinvested in Additional Collateral Obligations in accordance with Article XII or in Eligible Investments).

  • The Trustee shall from time to time deposit into the Interest Collection Subaccount, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 10.5(a), immediately upon receipt thereof or upon transfer from the Payment Account, all Interest Proceeds (unless simultaneously reinvested in Additional Collateral Obligations in accordance with Article XII or in Eligible Investments).

  • Collateral Obligation means a Loan owned by the Borrower, excluding the Retained Interest thereon.

  • Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation A Collateral Obligation that (a) requires the Issuer to make one or more future advances to the borrower under the Underlying Documents relating thereto, (b) specifies a maximum amount that can be borrowed on one or more fixed borrowing dates, and (c) does not permit the re-borrowing of any amount previously repaid by the borrower thereunder; but any such Collateral Obligation will be a Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation only until all commitments by the Issuer to make advances to the borrower expire or are terminated or are reduced to zero.

  • Additional Collateral Any of the following held, in addition to the related Mortgaged Property, as security for a Mortgage Loan: (i) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as security for the repayment of such Mortgage Loan, (ii) third-party guarantees, and (A) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as collateral for such guarantee or (B) any mortgaged property securing the performance of such guarantee, or (iii) such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Cash Collateral Orders means, collectively, the Interim Cash Collateral Order and the Final Cash Collateral Order.

  • Initial Additional First Lien Obligations means the [Obligations] as such term is defined in the Initial Additional First-Lien Security Agreement.

  • General obligation bonds means, collectively, the Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds and the Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds.

  • Additional First Lien Obligations means all amounts owing to any Additional First-Lien Secured Party (including the Initial Additional First-Lien Secured Parties) pursuant to the terms of any Additional First-Lien Document (including the Initial Additional First-Lien Documents), including, without limitation, all amounts in respect of any principal, premium, interest (including any interest accruing subsequent to the commencement of a Bankruptcy Case at the rate provided for in the respective Additional First-Lien Document, whether or not such interest is an allowed claim under any such proceeding or under applicable state, federal or foreign law), penalties, fees, expenses, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities, and guarantees of the foregoing amounts.
