Additional Construction Contract definition

Additional Construction Contract direct order contracts for miscellaneous project facilities and additional construction contracts, other than the Construction Contract, entered into by the Partnership with the consent of GE Capital for the provision of labor, services and/or material in connection with the design, engineering, construction, equipping and/or testing of the Project or any part thereof, including the Effluent Pipeline and the Transmission Facilities.
Additional Construction Contract means, with respect to each Project, each Construction Contract entered into after the applicable WIFIA Loan Agreement Effective Date.

More Definitions of Additional Construction Contract

Additional Construction Contract means, with respect to each Project, each Construction Contract set forth in Part B of Schedule 12(n) (Construction Contracts) of the applicable WIFIA Loan Agreement and any other Construction Contract entered into after the applicable WIFIA Loan Agreement Effective Date.

  • Original construction ’ shall mean the first or initial construction

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Such activities include, but are not limited to, installation of building supports and foundations, laying of underground pipework, and construction of permanent storage structures.   • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
