Additional Depreciation Charge definition

Additional Depreciation Charge means, with respect to each Non-Program Vehicle leased under the Master Lease as of the last day of the Related Month, an amount (which may be zero) allocated to such Non-Program Vehicle by the Master Servicer such that the sum of such amounts with respect to all Non-Program Vehicles shall be equal to the amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Net Book Value of all such Non-Program Vehicles exceeds (ii) the three (3) month rolling average of the aggregate Market Value of such Non-Program Vehicles determined as of such day and the first day of each of the two (2) calendar months preceding such day.
Additional Depreciation Charge means, with respect to each Non-Program Vehicle leased under the Master Lease (or any other Lease related to Group II Vehicles) as of the last day of the Related Month, an amount (which may be zero) allocated to such Non-Program Vehicle by the Master Servicer such that the sum of such amounts with respect to all Non-Program Vehicles shall be equal to the amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Net Book Value of all such Non-Program Vehicles exceeds (ii) the three (3) month rolling average of the aggregate Market Value of such Non-Program Vehicles determined as of such day and the first day of each of the two (2) calendar months preceding such day.
Additional Depreciation Charge is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "(or any other Lease related to Group II Vehicles)" contained therein.

Additional Depreciation Charge means the additional depreciation charge on fixed assets as shown in the financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2006, up to a maximum amount of (pound)8,500,000.

  • Consolidated Depreciation and Amortization Charges means, for any period, the aggregate of all depreciation and amortization charges for fixed assets, leasehold improvements and general intangibles (specifically including goodwill) of Borrower for such period, as determined on a Consolidated basis and in accordance with GAAP.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Consolidated Depreciation Expense means, for any period, the depreciation expense of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Non-cash Charges means, with respect to any Person, for any period, the aggregate depreciation, amortization and other non-cash expenses of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries reducing Consolidated Net Income of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP (excluding any such charges constituting an extraordinary item or loss or any such charge which requires an accrual of or a reserve for cash charges for any future period).

  • Tax Expense means, for any period, the tax expense (including federal, state, provincial, local, foreign, franchise, excise and foreign withholding taxes) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, including any penalties and interest relating to any tax examinations for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • net earnings means such earnings as are calculated in accordance with paragraph 42 or 52, as the case may be;
