Other Lease. A "Lease Event of Default" shall occur under the Other Lease.

Xxxxxxxx, Seattle, Washington (“Other Lease”); provided, however, that this Section 20(h) shall only apply for so long as ARE-Seattle No. 10, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or an entity controlled by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. remains the Landlord under this Lease.
Other Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 19(a) above, it shall be a condition to the exercise of any purchase option under either such Section that Lessee exercise the corresponding purchase option under the Other Lease.

Other Lease. Tenant is presently a tenant at 360 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois pursuant to a lease (with an affixxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx) xxxxx Xxxxxxx 0, 0000 and amended on March 31, 2000, November 30, 2000, July 3, 2002, September 30, 2002 and July 27, 2005 (such lease and all amendments collectively referred to as the "Other Lease"). The amendment dated July 27, 2005 is referred to as the "Fifth Amendment". Tenant acknowledges that any Event of Default as defined under the Other Lease will constitute an Event of Default under this Lease. The execution and delivery of this Lease is subject to and conditioned upon the simultaneous execution and delivery of the Fifth Amendment. Pursuant to the Fifth Amendment, among other things, the termination date of the Other Lease is being advanced to such earlier date or dates as more particularly described therein, such that from and after such advanced termination date or dates (and subject to the provisions of the Fifth Amendment), the Other Lease shall terminate as provided in the Fifth Amendment.
Other Lease. The Lease dated October 24, 1995 by and between the Lessor and the Lessee for the premises at 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx shall terminate effective November 30, 1999 (which date shall be postponed by an equal number of days in the event of a delayed commencement of this lease). On or before such termination date, Lessee shall vacate the premises at 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and remove all of its belongings. Within 14 days of such termination date, Lessor will inspect the premises and determine the actual operating expense reimbursement amount for the period through November 30. Upon satisfactory inspection of the premises, Lessor will return Lessee's security deposits, as a adjusted for the amount, if any, by which the actual operating expenses for the period differ from the amount paid by Lessee.
Other Lease. An Event of Default shall occur under the Land Lease.
