Additional Disclosure Notice. Has the meaning set forth in Section 3.23 hereof.
Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.
Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;
Additional Disclosure As defined in Section 3.18(a)(v).
Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.
Additional Designated Information As defined in Section 11.02.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Additional Form 10-K Disclosure As defined in Section 11.05.
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).
CFIUS Notice means a joint voluntary notice with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement prepared by the parties and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Cure Notice means a notice of a proposed amount to be paid on account of a Cure Claim in connection with an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease to be assumed under the Plan pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, which notice shall include: (a) procedures for objecting to proposed assumptions of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases; (b) Cure Claims to be paid in connection therewith; and (c) procedures for resolution by the Bankruptcy Court of any related disputes.
Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;
disclosure period means the period commencing on 16 July 2012 (being the date 12 months prior to the commencement of the Offer Period) and ending on the disclosure date;
Initial Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
