Risk Disclosure Statement definition

Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;
Risk Disclosure Statement means the risk disclosure statement set out in Part Three of this Agreement and includes all annexures and supplements thereto from time to time and all the disclosures or descriptions of risks contained in documents which are specific to any particular Structured Investment as provided by the Bank to the Customer from time to time.

Risk Disclosure Statement means the notice provided by us to you in compliance with VFSC Rules regarding the risks associated with trading Transactions under this Agreement; ‘Rules’ means articles, rules, regulations, procedures, policies and customs, as in force from time to time; ‘Sector’ means a selection of stocks in a market normally associated with a specific industry group;
Risk Disclosure Statement means the risk disclosure statement setting out the risks associated with the Products;
Risk Disclosure Statement means the statement(s) relating to the risks of certain transactions and/or products and/or regulatory disclosures (as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time), and any other document which amends, supplements or replaces the same.
