Additional Holder Ordinary Shares definition

Additional Holder Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.

  • Upon the execution and delivery and subject to the terms of a Joinder by such Additional Holder, the Ordinary Shares then owned, or underlying any rights then owned, by such Additional Holder (the “Additional Holder Ordinary Shares”) shall be Registrable Securities to the extent provided herein and therein and such Additional Holder shall be a Holder under this Agreement with respect to such Additional Holder Ordinary Shares.

  • Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • Additional Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(a).

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
