Additional Margin definition

Additional Margin shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).
Additional Margin means any margin in addition to Initial Margin and Variation Margin which CGS-CIMB requires the Client to deposit with CGS-CIMB.
Additional Margin refers to Forward Trades and means an additional sum of money on top of the initial Margin payment which we may require in situations of significant market movement.

Examples of Additional Margin in a sentence

  • If the value of Collateral in the Trading Account drops to less than 35 %, or such other amount or percentage as is required under Applicable Law or applicable GTN Asia margin trading policy of the Account Equity, GTN Asia will by the end of the relevant Business Day notify me of the reduction in the value of Collateral and request me to increase the amount of Collateral ("Additional Margin") such that the value of the Account Equity is maintained.

  • At this stage SATFX may contact the Client, including to verify any Trade, to check the Client’s identity or to notify the Client of any requirement for a Margin Payment or for an Additional Margin payment and to inform the Client when the deposit and balance fall due to settle a Forward Contract.

  • Notwithstanding the above, GTN Asia reserves the right to reduce or cancel the Margin Facility made available to me, refuse to grant any further margin facility to me or require me to provide Additional Margin from time to time to maintain the Account Equity.

  • Even if Wing Xxxx has made any demand for Additional Margin, Wing Xxxx may still exercise its rights under Clause 6.2.


More Definitions of Additional Margin

Additional Margin means Properties other than Initial Margin and Maintenance Margin that a Client shall deposit with the Company for the purchase or sale of Derivatives at the rate or amount stipulated by the Company under the provisions of the Relevant Regulations.
Additional Margin means the additional margin funds that may be called upon by the Dealer to be deposited by the Client within the prescribed time in order to maintain the Client's position if the market moves against the Client's position and incurs a floating loss;
