Additional Outperformance definition

Additional Outperformance means the product of the Additional Outperformance Weighting multiplied by the Daily Average Price multiplied by the Additional Outperformance Day Count Fraction;
Additional Outperformance means 0.00% per annum or such amount as determined by the Determination Agent and notified by the Dealer to the Purchaser 1 Business Day prior to the scheduled change;

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.
