Additional Pari Passu Agreement definition

Additional Pari Passu Agreement means the indentures, notes, credit agreements or other agreements under which Additional Pari Passu Lien Obligations of any Series are issued or incurred and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing Additional Pari Passu Lien Obligations of such Series or providing any guarantee, Lien or other right in respect thereof.
Additional Pari Passu Agreement means the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement under which any Permitted Additional Pari Passu Obligations (other than Additional Notes) are incurred and any notes or other instruments representing such Permitted Additional Pari Passu Obligations.
