Additional Rolling Stock means Specified Additional Rolling Stock and Unspecified Additional Rolling Stock;
Additional Rolling Stock has the meaning provided in Section 6.18(b).

Additional Rolling Stock means, to the extent owned by and transferrable from HIP LP or its subsidiaries at the time of a request by Logistics GP as described in Section 5.3 of the Contribution Agreement, (i) the 956 crude oil rail cars constructed to American Association of Railroads Petition 1577 (CPC-1232) standards owned by Xxxx Tank Cars LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as of the Effective Date, (ii) any rail cars exchanged for the rail cars described in the foregoing clause (i), or (iii) any other consideration received for the rail cars described in the foregoing clauses (i) or (ii).

  • Discount Option Receivables shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.12. The aggregate amount of Discount Option Receivables outstanding on any Date of Processing occurring on or after the Discount Option Date shall equal the sum of (a) the aggregate Discount Option Receivables at the end of the prior Date of Processing (which amount, prior to the Discount Option Date, shall be zero) plus (b) any new Discount Option Receivables created on such Date of Processing minus (c) any Discount Option Receivable Collections received on such Date of Processing. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).

  • Initial Additional First Lien Obligations means the [Obligations] as such term is defined in the Initial Additional First-Lien Security Agreement.

  • Preliminary Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.

  • Initial Payment means the dollar amount specified as the “Initial Payment” in the applicable Purchase Agreement.

  • Non-Performing Equipment Note means an Equipment Note issued pursuant to an Indenture that is not a Performing Equipment Note.

  • Maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material means the maximum expected horizontal acceleration depicted on a seismic hazard map, with a 90 percent or greater probability that the acceleration will not be exceeded in 250 years, or the maximum expected horizontal acceleration based on a site-specific seismic risk assessment.
