Railroad rolling stock means locomotives, of whatever motive power, autocars, railroad cars of every kind and description, and all other equipment determined by the Tax Commissioner to constitute railroad rolling stock.

Railroad rolling stock means any open top gondola car, open top xxxxxx car, covered xxxxxx car, pressure tank car, non-pressure tank car, intermodal car, box car, flatcar, locomotive, or maintenance-of-way equipment, purchased, owned and leased or held for lease to others or otherwise used by or on behalf of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary as described in the Partnership Agreement, together with all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings or other equipment included therein and all substitutions, renewals or replacements of, and all additions, improvements and accessions to, any and all thereof, title to which vests in the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary or in a trust or other entity of which the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary is the sole or a participating beneficiary or owner.
