Additional Satellite definition

Additional Satellite has the meaning set forth in Article 10.1.1 (Additional Satellite(s) Option).
Additional Satellite means any satellite, other than the Existing Satellites, in which the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries has any insurable interest, including without limitation any Replacement Satellite.

Examples of Additional Satellite in a sentence

  • Delivery of any such Additional Satellite shall occur no later than the dates specified in Article 4.2(iii) (Options and Additional Satellites) of the Master Procurement Agreement.

  • If Customer wishes to exercise such option, it may do so by providing notice to Boeing at any time prior to the expiration of the Additional Satellite Exercise Period.

  • By way of example, if, for the same Additional Satellite, OHB is sixty (60) days late in the Payload Module Integration Milestone and seventy-five (75) days late in its launch, the total delay damages for the Additional Satellite would be based upon a seventy-five (75) day delay (or thirty (30) days worth of delay damages).

Related to Additional Satellite

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Transponder means an access device used to gain entry to the parking facility;

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Spacecraft (7 9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • wind turbine generator or “WTG” means a structure comprising a tower, rotor with three blades connected at the hub, nacelle and ancillary electrical and other equipment which may include J-tube(s), transition piece, access and rest platforms, access ladders, boat access systems, corrosion protection systems, fenders and maintenance equipment, helicopter landing facilities and other associated equipment, fixed to a foundation;

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Payload means all property to be flown or used on or in a Launch Vehicle or the ISS.
