Replacement Satellite definition

Replacement Satellite means the replacement satellite for the satellite known as Telstar 11.
Replacement Satellite shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Contract.
Replacement Satellite means any satellite that replaces or that is intended by the Company to replace any Existing Satellite or Additional Satellite, whether because an Existing Satellite or Additional Satellite is at or near the end of its useful life or has become impaired or otherwise.

  • Prior to the purchase or construction of the Replacement Satellite, the Company shall provide to the Trustee a written opinion from an independent party qualified in making such determination that the purchase price or construction cost, as the case may be, of the Replacement Satellite is consistent with then prevailing market prices for comparable satellites.

  • In the event of a replacement of Customer’s Transponder Capacity under this Section, all references in this Annex to the Satellite, Customer’s Transponder Capacity shall thereafter be deemed to refer to the Replacement Satellite.

  • If Purchaser wishes to exercise such option, it may do so by providing notice to Contractor at any time prior to the expiration of the Replacement Satellite Exercise Period.

References in an Agreement to the Satellite are, in context, deemed to be references to the Replacement Satellite.
