Additional School definition

Additional School means any separately functioning school unit (whether an additional physical plant or a separately identified school unit operating within the same physical plant as another school unit) founded or created within the District after the date of execution of this Agreement.
Additional School means a school, not being on the approved Route, which has pupils who travel along all or part of the approved Route to and from that school, and as advised in writing by the Authority to the Contractor from time to time.

  • The obligation of the Contractor to provide services at each School in accordance with clause 29.2.1 (Additional School Periods) shall be satisfied if, and only if, the areas of the relevant School identified by the Authority in accordance with clause 29.2.3 (Additional School Periods) are Available and the other requirements of the Services Specification relevant to those areas are satisfied throughout the Additional School Period concerned.

  • Use other than for School Day and Additional School Periods At all times outside of the School Day and any Additional School Periods a School shall, subject to access in order to perform the Services always in accordance with agreed Permits to Work, be for the exclusive use of the relevant School Entity and its invitees, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to make a charge for any such use.

  • Examples of royalty calculations are included in the enclosed Exhibit 10.6.2.

  • Community Use outside of the School Day or Non Core Session shall be deemed an Additional School Period and shall subject to a Marginal Cost to the Company in accordance with clause 20.1.2 above.

  • The Services shall be provided at each School by the Contractor for Additional School Periods pursuant to this clause 29.2 (Additional School Periods).

  • After initial School Year Route selection is completed, Additional School Year Routes may be selected on a seniority basis and added to established School Year Routes.

  • Drivers/Aides will not be permitted to have more than one Additional School Year Route at a time.

  • Additional School Special Education Facilitator (SSEF) responsibilities may be decided with the mutual consent of the Area Special Education Coordinator and the supervising building level administrator, in consultation with the Building Team Leaders.

  • Third or Additional School Resource Officer (“SRO”): Beginning July 1st of the year any additional SRO is assigned to the program as agreed by the parties, the District agrees to provide an additional $7,000 for the first year.

Related to Additional School

  • special school means a school classified as a special school under the Education Act 1964.

  • Local school board means a board elected under Title 20A, Chapter 14, Part 2,

  • Medical school means an accredited program for the training of individuals to become physicians.

  • At school means in a classroom, elsewhere on school premises, on a school bus or other school- related vehicle, or at a school-sponsored activity or event whether or not it is held on school premises. "At school" includes conduct using a telecommunications access device or telecommunications service provider that occurs on or off school premises if the telecommunications access device or the telecommunications service provider is owned by or under the control of the school.

  • Local school district means any school district in the State except the South Carolina Public Charter School District and does not include special school districts.
