Additional Service Area definition

Additional Service Area means any such portion of the Service Area added pursuant to Section 3.1.2 of this Agreement.
Additional Service Area means a geographical area within a rural municipality or municipal district that includes a residential or other land use requiring services or levels of services that are different from the services or levels of services provided in areas of the rural municipality or municipal district that are not additional service areas;

Examples of Additional Service Area in a sentence

  • If Franchisee desires to add Additional Service Areas within the Franchise Area, Franchisee shall notify LFA in writing of such Additional Service Area at least ten (10) days prior to providing Cable Services in such areas.

  • You must have in place a contract for the Additional Service Area.

  • If you provide Services from a facility located outside the Services Area (Additional Service Area), then you agree not to claim for payment under this Agreement.

  • The Developer will initiate a discussion with Austin regarding the City’s provision of water and wastewater services to the Additional Service Area and the possible release of the Additional Service Area from Austin’s ETJ and, if applicable, wastewater CCN, so it can be included in the City’s ETJ and, if applicable, wastewater CCN.

  • No additional facilities will be required for water and wastewater service to the Property and the Additional Service Area and the Developer will have no obligation to construct, cost participate in, and/or oversize any Internal Facilities or Connecting Facilities or to construct any offsite facilities other than the Connecting Facilities.

  • The release of the Additional Service Area from ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ETJ will not be a condition to the City’s agreement to provide water and wastewater service to the Additional Service Area, and such services will only be subject to the City’s not being prohibited from legally serving the area.

  • If you do not have a contract for the Additional Service Area, you will be responsible for arranging such contract with Te Whatu Ora.

  • If you do not have a contract for the Additional Service Area you will be responsible for arranging such contract and payment with Te Whatu Ora.

  • In the event that the Additional Service Area remains in Austin’s ETJ, the City’s provision of water and wastewater service to the Additional Service Area shall be at the City’s standard, out of City rates.

  • The Developer will construct and install a potable water distribution system and related facilities and a wastewater collection system and related facilities within the Property and the Additional Service Area (the “Internal Facilities”) and the improvements necessary to connect the Internal Facilities to the City’s water and wastewater systems at the points of connection described above (the “Connecting Facilities”).
