Adelphia Agreement definition

Adelphia Agreement means the Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 20, 2005, between Adelphia Communications Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and Time Warner NY Cable LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a Subsidiary of the Corporation, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
